1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Services and Availability

• Services, therapists, and time slots are subject to availability
• Descriptions and pricing may change at any time
• We may decline or discontinue a service where necessary for safety, legal compliance, or operational reasons

3. Booking, Arrival, and Late Attendance

• Bookings may be made via website, phone, WhatsApp, or in person
• For booking confirmation, we request only your name and phone number
• We never require a Gmail or any email address to confirm a booking
• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment
• Late arrival may shorten treatment time to avoid delays for other guests
• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• 24+ hours notice: free cancellation or rescheduling

Emergency exceptions may be granted at our discretion.

5. Payments, Packages, and Refunds

• Payment is due at the time specified during booking or after service completion
• Accepted payment methods may vary and are listed at checkout or reception
• Gift cards and promotional packages are non-transferable unless explicitly stated
• Unused package sessions may expire according to the package terms
• Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and subject to applicable law

6. Health, Safety, and Client Responsibilities

• Please disclose relevant injuries, allergies, sensitivities, or pregnancy before your session
• We may modify or refuse treatment where safety concerns exist
• You agree to follow staff instructions and facility safety rules

7. Conduct on Premises

Guests must behave respectfully toward staff and other clients. Harassment, threatening behavior, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate service termination and removal from premises.

8. Personal Property

While storage may be provided, AMARA is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items unless required by law.

9. Website and Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, graphics, and text are owned by or authorized for AMARA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Warranties and Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services and website content are provided on an "as available" basis without implied warranties. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMARA from claims arising from your misuse of services, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Client Contact Data

• We collect only the minimum contact data needed for booking confirmation: your name and phone number
• We do not share this contact data with third parties
• Limited disclosure may occur only where required by law
